  We had a very positive experience with our car rental. Right from picking up the vehicle to the drop off, everything went great. The value was fantastic compared to other car rental locations we priced out. The various add-ons (like tolling or fuel refill, etc) were priced far less than what we saw for the larger rental companies.

  The fuel level was 2 and after I drove 6 km, the fuel level turned to level 1.

  I have been using Bayswater Car Rentals for about 6 years and have found them excellent. Cars are clean and well maintained. There are also no hidden charges with a low excess. I will continue to use. Booking on line is very straight forward and quick. Upon arriving to collect the car only show current licence and credit card and away you go. AUD$8 for full insurance cover is the best in the business

  Friendly and efficient is the name of the game at Bayswater... I think it took about 6 minutes to get the rental contract done and I was the on the street. Good idea to check how you get onto the east distributor before leaving the premises on maps.... took me a couple go goes to get around the local tight streets. Be right for next time :-)

  Make sure you check the car when you pick up the car. I was in hurry that when I pick up the car.I was hired a Toyota Tarago. The car was smelly. for the whole week.

  The car, a Toyota Corolla, was very good and the price competitive. Online booking is very efficient and fast. Service at the office was a bit slapdash, however. The member of staff who dealt with me spoke poor English and made no real effort to help a new customer understand their systems. Nor did I appreciate being told it would take five working days to transfer my deposit back to my account which should normally only take a matter of hours. This took the shine off an otherwise good experience.
